Amanda Decotis is in the process of completing her Bachelor of Laws at the Université de Montréal. She joined the team at Schirm & Tremblay Avocats in 2025 as a student, and will begin her Bar internship in 2027.

Ms. Decotis has always been passionate about family law, a sensitive and human field that, in her view, allows for making a real difference in people’s lives. During her studies, she completed an internship that not only strengthened her interest in family law, but also gave her a deeper understanding of the importance of providing legal support that is both human and tailored to individual circumstances.

She is also an animal lover and, whenever possible, supports a cause that is close to her heart: animal welfare.

She is fluent in both French and English
