Me Teodora Tocila has a law degree from the Université de Montréal and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2021.

During her academic career, Me Tocila completed a course at the Faculty of Law of the University of Costa Rica and was also involved in the Université de Montréal Legal Clinic.

Before joining Schirm & Tremblay Avocats, Me Tocila worked in private practice, during which time she developed a humane and personalized approach and a marked passion for family law.

Me Tocila pleads before the Superior Court of Quebec and handles all aspects of family law, including divorce, disputes between common-law spouses, child custody and access rights, child and spousal support, sharing of financial interests and others. 

Me Tocila speaks in French, English, Spanish and Romanian.
