Maxime Palassio-Pelletier is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Université de Montréal and is currently completing her internship as part of her professional training for admission to the Barreau du Québec.

During her university studies, Ms. Palassio-Pelletier developed a particular passion for family law. She notably participated in a moot court competition, putting her written and oratory skills into practice. Her involvement was also demonstrated by her time at the Université de Montréal Legal Clinic, where she offered legal advice to the public.

She has also been active in volunteer initiatives, including with the organization Étudiants Pro Bono du Canada,  and the Fondation Dr. Julien, demonstrating her commitment to access to justice and supporting vulnerable communities.
